Please be advised that our fulfillment center in Japan will be closed for the summer holidays (Obon) during the following period:

Summer Holiday: Thursday, August 13 – Sunday, August 16, 2026 (JST)

Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, as usual, throughout the holiday period.

Shipping

Orders received during the holidays will be processed and shipped in order from Monday, August 17, 2026 (JST). As a high volume of orders is expected after the break, shipping may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

Inquiries received during the holiday period will be answered in order from August 17 (JST).
