説明
These chopsticks are made by the "Wakasa-nuri Hashi" brand, a traditional craft with over 400 years of history. While adhering to traditional chopstick-making techniques, craftsmen carefully craft each one.
The chopsticks are a regular pentagon with firm corners. When holding the chopsticks, the sides fit perfectly on your thumb, index finger, and middle finger. Only the tips are finished to be tight and thin, so you can easily pick up even small objects.
The chopsticks are made of ebony, a high-quality wood used for furniture and crafts. Ebony is very hard and durable, with semi-permanent durability, fine texture, and unique luster, and is said to be the finest wood.
The elegant glossy shine of red and black is proof that high-quality lacquer is used.
The two chopsticks come with a Hasami ware chopstick rest. Hasami ware is a pottery that boasts a tradition of over 400 years made in Hasami Town, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Because it is something you pick up and put in your mouth every day, craftsmen carefully craft each one using only natural materials.
Lacquered chopsticks are painted repeatedly and carefully, giving them a smooth texture. They are an exceptional product that you will want to continue using and cherish.
Chopsticks are considered to be auspicious gifts in Japan. For that reason, they are also used as wedding gifts to pray for long life and lasting happiness.
They are the perfect gift for a special person.
