説明
A gauze handkerchief that won't wrinkle, dyed with local vegetables
Fukuroya Towel, a long-established store in Senshu, Osaka, the birthplace of Japanese towels, has created towels in seven colors from Osaka-grown vegetables (water eggplant, onion, basil, cabbage, and carrot).
These towels are upcycled products that use dyes from droplets of vegetables that have outlived their usefulness, such as those with misshapen shapes or skins.
The gauze material is woven without bleach, fluorescent brighteners, or fabric softeners, and is designed to stay wrinkle-free even after repeated washing.
Its compact size makes it easy to fit in your pocket, yet it is highly absorbent and quick-drying, making it perfect for going out.
The gentle feel of the gauze material makes it safe for people with sensitive skin.
