Description
These chopsticks are from the "Wakasa-nuri Hashi" brand, a traditional craft with over 400 years of history. While preserving the traditional chopstick-making techniques, craftsmen carefully craft each pair.
KUTANI SEAL is a tableware brand born from the desire to make Kutani ware from Ishikawa Prefecture more familiar to people. The cute designs printed using a technique called silk screen printing are full of playfulness, such as two chopsticks lined up together to make one design, or hidden accents on the back.
The design is a mix of chrysanthemums, wisteria, plum blossoms, pine trees, and bamboo, which have been loved in Japan since ancient times. On the back of the chopsticks is a small mallet that is said to make wishes come true.
Because it is something you pick up and put in your mouth every day, craftsmen carefully craft each pair using only natural materials.
Chopsticks with lacquer are carefully painted over and over again, so they are smooth to the touch and are a masterpiece that you will want to use for a long time.
Chopsticks are considered to be auspicious gifts in Japan. For that reason, they are also used as wedding gifts and gifts to pray for long life and everlasting happiness.
They are the perfect gift for someone special.
