Description
These chopsticks are from the Wakasa-nuri chopsticks brand, a traditional craft with over 400 years of history. While adhering to traditional chopstick-making techniques, craftsmen carefully craft each pair.
The handles of the chopsticks are decorated with a checkered pattern made of red and black lacquer and lavishly decorated with shells. The extremely thin gold lines add an accent and make them very gorgeous. The color is unified in deep brown except for the shell decoration. This is a very attractive masterpiece with a modern design that makes use of the wood grain.
A generous, thick chopstick rest with a shell design is included. The rounded shape is cute and refreshing. The gentle blue color brings brightness to the dining table. The chopsticks are rounded overall, but fit into the hollow of the conch shell.
Because they are something you pick up and put in your mouth every day, craftsmen carefully craft each pair.
Urushi-coated chopsticks are carefully painted over and over again to achieve a smooth feel, making them a masterpiece that you will want to treasure and use forever.
They are also perfect as gifts for loved ones.
