This sleek gyuto knife measures 15.4 inches in length and is created with the newly developed ZA18 stainless steel. The chemical composition of the ZA18 consists of cobalt for increased durability and hardness as well as chromium for increased corrosion resistance.
The handle is coated with the traditional “Kakishibu” stain. Kakishibu has excellent antibacterial, waterproofing and antiseptic properties which will prolong the time you get to enjoy your gyuto knife.
