This Santoku knife measures 12.2 inches in length and can be used in the kitchen to cut a variety of ingredients. The blade is finished in the traditional “Sumi-nagashi” style to add a marbled design and the handle is created using Japanese evergreen oak.
The handle is then coated with the traditional “Kakishibu” stain which has excellent antibacterial, waterproofing and antiseptic properties.
