Description
This quality paper knife is created in collaboration with the Osaka Naniwa Suzuki (traditional tinware craft) and Osaka Karaki Sashimono (traditional wood joinery craft), this quality paper knife is forged in the same method as traditional culinary knives.
The blade of this “Kiritsuke” style paper knife is finished in the traditional, standard method. Customers are given an option to engrave the blade which is available upon request.
