Made in collaboration with the traditional Kutani-ware craftsmen, this tanuki uses real platinum, modernizing the traditional pottery.
This female tanuki wears a “kasa” straw hat as she is prepared for when disaster falls. The “tokkuri” sake flask in her left hand represents virtue and the passbook in her right hand represents trust.
With her smiley, amicable face, she invites good luck and fortune to your life and your space.
