Description
Towel handkerchiefs dyed with local vegetables
Fukuroya Towel, a long-established store in Senshu, Osaka, the birthplace of Japanese towels, has created towels in seven colors using vegetables from Osaka (water eggplant, onion, basil, cabbage, and carrot).
These towels are upcycled products that use dyes from vegetables that are no longer useful, such as those with misshapen shapes or skins.
The gauze material, which does not contain bleach, fluorescent whitening agents, or fabric softeners, is highly absorbent and quick-drying, making it perfect for wiping your face and hands. The towel handkerchiefs have a gentle and unique texture and are also recommended as gifts for people whom you want to thank.
